Execution of buildings

The Company offers execution of the “turnkey” buildings at the whole extent of activities including a preparatory and final stages of the building. We are able to provide the building execution including elaboration of a complex project documentation and building and legislative preparation. Based on requirements of the investor and his investment intention, we will provide execution of the building at the whole or contractual agreed extent. We will provide the building execution also according to projects supplied by the investor. Based on careful coordination of all activities and choice on supplies of building materials and building works, technological facilities and assembly works, we will provide:

  •     Over standard guaranty periods
The Company will provide its customers with
  •     Project documentation for planning permit and building permit
    proceedings
  •     Negotiation of the documentation with public and legal bodies and other parties of the building
    proceedings
  •     Planning permit and building permit issue
  •     Execution of the building including coordination of all supplies and works
  •     Performance of an author ´s supervision
  •     Performance of technical supervision over the building execution
  •     Handing over of a finished work
  •     Putting the work in a test operation including its assessment
  •     Commissioning decision issue
